Rate of Pay: $82,763.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Gather information and analyze reporting and business intelligence needs and requirements of current luxury apparel/fashion retailers/vendors clientele;
• Conduct data analysis on behalf of clients, leveraging the SKYPAD platform;
• Provide solutions and demonstrations of the company's SaaS platform reporting technology services that meet clients' business intelligence needs, improve reporting and business processes, and address pain points;
• Attend and actively participate in routine luxury fashion client meetings;
• Liaise between internal technical production teams and client business users, ensuring resolutions to reporting issues and responses to inquiries;
• Validate retail data using Excel when needed;
• Respond to questions regarding the company and services via company standards;
• Analyze and identify services opportunities in line with corporate strategy;
• Provide feedback to the various internal teams to help drive new and improved services and solutions and create more effective marketing tools.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Fashion Business Management, or related field.
2. 12 months of work experience as Business Analyst, Fashion Merchandiser, Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator or related.
3. Knowledge in using data analytic and data visualization software such as Excel and R;
4. Familiar with retail/wholesale enterprise and business intelligence reporting;
5. Telecommuting is allowed, 2-3 days per week at the manager’s discretion.
