TRAINING INQUIRIES & REGISTRATION

To register or inquire about a training course, you can do by one of the following methods:

Contact the Education Department at 866.641.6017.

 Download a copy of our registration form, fill out the details and fax it to: (770) 234-5532.

 Fill out an online Training Registration/Inquiry form

For basic inquiries, you can email us at: training@skyitgroup.com.

After a training registration form has been processed, each registered student will receive a confirmation packet via email with location information, class date, start time, and hotel and travel information.

Payment:

Payment must be made at least 5 business days prior to the training class date. Registration can only be confirmed once payment or company purchase order has been received.

Sky IT Group accepts the following types of payment: Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) Company Purchase order or Check.

Please make checks payable to: Sky IT Group, 330 Seventh Avenue, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10001 Attn: Educational Services. Checks, without a company purchase order, must be received at least 5 business days prior to the start date of the training class.

Cancellation Policy:

Sky IT Group the right to cancel public training courses if minimum enrollment requirements are not met or for any other reason. Where possible, students will be notified of the cancellation at least one week prior to the course start date. Students enrolled in a cancelled course will be given the option to have their payment refunded or to receive an equivalent credit toward a future public training course.

For students requesting cancellation, a full refund will be given with written notification up to two weeks before the class start date. For cancellations made within two weeks prior to class start date, registrants will be charged 50% of the course tuition.

A customer who cancels within two weeks of the course start date, may reschedule for the same class within the following two months and may be assessed only a 10% rescheduling fee.

Sky IT Groupassumes no responsibility for any travel and cancellation charges incurred.


Attendee Substitution:

If a student registered for a course cannot attend, it is permissible for someone else to attend in the student’s place. Please notify Sky IT Group of the change in advance.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your training experience, we will refund your money.
